At You’re Not Wong, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return it to us in accordance with the following policy.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if the goods are not faulty.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You can contact us by email at orders@yourenotwong.co.uk or by phone at 01204 913 837. Please provide your order number and the details of the items you wish to return.
Returning the Goods
Once you have notified us of your intention to cancel your order, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Unless the goods are faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions
The following items are generally exempt from the distance selling regulations:
- Bespoke or made-to-order goods
- Perishable goods
- Newspapers and magazines
- Audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken
- Items under £42 (stated in UK distance selling law)
Faulty Goods
If the goods you have received are faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the goods to be returned to us and will offer you a full refund or a replacement.
